Day 1: Depart UK

Depart the UK from your chosen airport.

Day 2: Arrive Islands of Tahiti

On arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and greeted with a flower lei, before being taken to your hotel by shared transfer, where you’ll check in for a one-night stay. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 3: Tahiti

Enjoy your first day in French Polynesia in Tahiti – spend your day wandering along a black sand beach, hiking one of the several volcanoes that offer amazing views and jumping into the clear waterfalls to cool off. If you want to explore further, why not book a helicopter tour over the island – it’s a fantastic way to see the lush interior from a unique perspective. If you want to add this, just ask.

Day 4: Fly to Huahine

After breakfast, you’ll be taken back to the airport and fly to Huahine, a beautiful neighbouring island. All of these islands are so close together and, on a clear day, you can see Raiatea, Taha’a, Bora Bora and Maupiti from the beach in Huahine. When you arrive, you’ll check into your hotel for three nights.

Days 5 & 6: Huahine

On your first day in Huahine, we’ve added a full-day tour around the lagoon. During the trip, you’ll learn how to crack open a coconut, how to make poisson cru (the national dish – raw fish with lime juice), and how to tie a sarong. You’ll snorkel alongside stingrays, blacktip reef sharks and clouds of silvery fish before eating freshly barbecued seafood with your feet dangling in the warm water. It’s a wonderful way to spend the day and get to see the best of the lagoon.

The second day is yours to enjoy the island, whether you want to go snorkelling again or relax on the beautiful beaches.

Days 7 – 10: 4 day, 3 night yacht charter

After breakfast, you’ll spend the morning enjoying the hotel before checking out and boarding your catamaran at 1pm. Spend the next three days exploring the islands, taking in areas you might not reach when staying at hotels. In your first evening you’ll stay in Huahine, sailing through the lagoon and enjoying kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. The following day you’ll sail across to Taha’a, visiting a vanilla plantation and snorkelling in the turquoise lagoon, before watching the sun set over Bora Bora from Motu Tautau. The next day will be more snorkelling and a visit to a black pearl farm before sailing over to Bora Bora, finishing your trip on the most iconic island in French Polynesia.

The yacht charter includes all of your meals, with a skipper/guide/cook and is a private boat just for you.

Day 10: Arrive in Bora Bora

At the end of Day 10, you’ll be dropped at your hotel in Bora Bora, checking in for four nights. Get ready to kick back and relax, soaking up the views and atmosphere of this iconic island.

Days 11 – 13: Bora Bora

You now have two full days to explore the world-famous island of Bora Bora. Spend your time discovering this volcanic island and its stunning turquoise lagoon. The clear water is perfect for snorkelling and provides excellent diving, as well as the opportunity to see manta rays and reef sharks in their natural environment.

During your stay, you can explore the lagoon by yacht, canoe or glass-bottomed boat. Alternatively, book a picnic lunch on a private motu (sand islet) or take a 4WD safari around the island. If you want to book any tours here, ask, and we can include them in your holiday. One of the most romantic places on earth, your time in Bora Bora will certainly be memorable!

Day 14: Depart Bora Bora

After breakfast, you’ll be taken by boat back to the airport for your flight back to Tahiti, where you’ll board your international flight home.
